This MID was showed last summer on Intel Development Forum. There was not to much information about it but now some new details are revealed. Viliv S5 is based on Intel Atom 1.33 GHz CPU and has 4.8 inch screen with 800x480 px resolution. Besides this MID has 1 Gb built in RAM, hard drive (30 or 60 GB depending on device’s version), GPS, DMB, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules. 6200 mAh battery provides 6 hours of video playing mode. Viliv S5 MID can run on Windows Vista, Windows XP or Linux operating system. It is expected that it will become available by the end of the January.Wednesday, December 24, 2008
