Motorola ME501 budget smartphone

Motorola has just announced its new budget class smartphone for Chinese market. Motorola ME501 runs on Google Android 1.6 operating system and supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900/2100 MHz networks. It is equipped with 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7201A processor, 256 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, microSD external memory card slot (up to 32GB) 3.1 inch touchscreen with 320x480px resolution, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and flash, Wi-Fi/WAPI module, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, GPS, digital compass, FM radio with RDS, 3.5mm headphones jack, motion sensor, accelerometer. No word about pricing and exact release date.

Acer T500 Android smartphone

This mobile device was designed especially for Chinese mobile device market. It is budget-class smartphone running on OMS operating system that is Chinese version of Google’s Android OS. Acer T500 has supports GSM and TD-SCDMA networks and is equipped with 3.6 inch TFT touchscreen with 320x480px resolution, 3.2 Mp camera, 128 MB RAM, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, GPS, 3.5mm headphones jack, microSD external memory card slot. The dimensions of this smartphone is 118.5x58x13.48mm, the weight is 120g. Acer T500 will become available in next few weeks. There is no any information about price.
