Motorola ME501 runs on Google Android 1.6 operating system and supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900/2100 MHz networks. It is equipped with 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7201A processor, 256 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, microSD external memory card slot (up to 32GB) 3.1 inch touchscreen with 320x480px resolution, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and flash, Wi-Fi/WAPI module, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, GPS, digital compass, FM radio with RDS, 3.5mm headphones jack, motion sensor, accelerometer.
