Japanese Sharp officially announced its new high-end smartphone. The main feature of Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C 3D is that it can create and show 3D content. Due to two 8MP cameras the device can record 3D video with HD (720p) resolution. It can also make stereoscopic photos. To view 3D content there is no need to use any special glasses.
Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C 3D runs on Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and is equipped with 1.4GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor, 4.2-inch capacitive touch screen with 540x960px resolution, 512MB RAM, 2GB ROM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, front-facing camera for video calls, accelerometer, light sensor. The device measures 127х64х13.8mm and weights 138g. In Japan Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C 3D will become available on May, 20.
