Nokia announces Asha 310, a touchscreen phone for $100

Nokia has just announced its new phone featuring a combination of three features that can make the device a hit in developing countries. Nokia Asha 310 is a touchscreen device supporting Dual SIM mode. Its recommended price is just $102. One more feature is multiply user profiles support. The phone has 3-inch 400x240px capacitive display, 2MP camera, MicroSD card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM tuner, 3.5mm headphones jack. The body measures 110x54x13mm and weights 104g. The battery provides about 17 hours of talk time or 25 days of standby one.

Pantech showed another giant smartphone - Pantech Vega No. 6

Today Pantech officially announced Vega No. 6 smartphone featuring 5.9-inch Full HD screen. This 158.6x83.2x9.9mm device has been already available in South Korea for $776. This smartphone is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro 1.5GHz quad-core chip and has 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 13MP camera, 3124mAh battery. The device supports NFC, LTE and VoLTE wireless standards. The operating system is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Flux UX user interface.

LG officially announces Optimus G Pro

LG has just officially introduced its new 5-inch device – LG Optimus G Pro. The smartphone features extra bright and clear Full HD 440ppi screen, 3000mAh battery, 13MP camera, 2GB RAM, and 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon Pro processor! The device runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with some exclusive tweaks. One of them is Slide Apps panel, an analogue of Sony’s Small Apps. In April LG Optimus G Pro will become available in Japan. In other countries it will appear some weeks later.
